For that I designed a system similar to the one used to clamp light on bicycle saddle by using bungee rope for each fixation, allowing tight grip on the boom, while being assemble in few seconds. Moreover, thanks to the abrasion resistant material I use, I can eliminate the use of pulley to route the rope to the cleat.<\/p>\n<p>Second of all, of course I wanted to be able to trim it on the water, and no matter which side in on, so I put the an original nylon Clamcleat on the side coupled with Marlow Formuline.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, I wanted it fully customizable for everyone, you can chose the color of the left and right part as well as the bungee, I want to see exotic colors the water.
